Customer Relation Executive

1. Meeting Customers (Gvt. Authorities) understand their concerns and work on resolution for the discussed issues.
2. Address customer needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into Happy customers.
3. Build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
4. Provide constructive feedback on the effectiveness of Services, Team, activities, and responsiveness.
5. Deliver knowledge to customers about our services and company profile through effective communication to increase consumer understanding and cooperation.
6. Manage and maintain relations and communication with the Team and authorities. Other administrative ad-hoc duties where necessary.
7. Reporting the discussion points with the concern team heads getting resolve the issue and report back to authorities after completion.
8. Checking the documents are maintained according to the company protocols and in very prompt manner, (Documents are very crucial and confidential which need to be taken care properly.)
9. Visit reports to be maintained on daily basis and to be shared with the reporting manager.
**PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:
- Any Degree
- Experience
- Minimum 2 Years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
