**Role: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)**
We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The CRM will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate tax consultancy solutions
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Maintain client records, track communication, and follow up on service renewals
- Support business development through client referrals and upselling of services
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance/Commerce or related field
- Prior experience in client servicing, customer support, or relationship management preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work under deadlines
- Knowledge of taxation, accounting, or finance will be an added advantage
