Overall Job Purpose

To own and manage the delivery of requisite output / analysis to stakeholders within the Insurance and Investment business.

Ensure SLA measurements are appropriate and reliable; track the KPIs & SLA performance regularly.

Managing Stakeholder expectations independently and supporting them with any Adhoc requirements/analysis through the team or self.

Provide support to the Manager - Commercial Finance to enable him/her in delivering team outcomes.

Ensure adequate cross training, process documentation and work flow management

People management and related responsibilities like training, development and growth in the Organisation.

Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)
- Accountability and Ownership of delivering accurate Management information as per agreed timelines and accuracy levels both BAU and Ad hoc through the team or self.
- Stakeholder management and managing stakeholder expectations Eg. develop/facilitate development of new MIs as deemed appropriate.
- Ensure SLA measurements are appropriate and reliable; track the KPIs & SLA performance regularly ; Assist the Manager in making and implementing a robust business continuity plan
- Responsible for people management ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained and performance managed against agreed individual objectives
- Provide Project support as a Subject matter expert/Process owner and ensure seamless transition into BAU.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular reviews of MI and its production to ensure fitness for purpose, recommending and implementing improvements
- To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification

Knowledge & Skills (Must Have):

- Confidence & excellent communication
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills
- People management skills
- Good knowledge of Office 365, Business Objects (Web intelligence), Forecasting tools like Oracle EPM, Power BI
- Good Presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong financial analysis skills with attention to detail

Knowledge & Skills (Additional):

- Financial Services market awareness
- Asset Management awareness

**Experience**:
6-8 years

Educational Qualification:

- Part /Qualified Accountant or Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce with relevant experience
