2) To maintain a healthy and quality relationship with all the leads, and clients

3) To assist and resolve problems raised by travellers booked by the employee

4) To handle the chats over Whatsapp, and calls as per the quality trained and required by the company.

5) To represent a trustable face of Travel Connection to people interacting with the company.
- Fluent communication (English and Hindi)
- Convincing Skills
- Typing and handling multiple chats simultaneously
- Ability to learn about a variety of products (Travel Packages and destinations)
- Understanding the Customer Needs
- Patience
- Serving with Hospitality

**Salary**: ₹9,066.72 - ₹21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
