**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Research and plan customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, and ground transportation.
- Provide information on travel destinations, cultures, weather, visa requirements, and local attractions.
- Book and confirm travel arrangements through online booking systems and suppliers.
- Handle travel documentation such as tickets, confirmations, and travel insurance.
- Stay up to date on travel restrictions, policies, and promotions.
- Resolve travel issues, cancellations, or schedule changes promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a travel agent or in a similar role.
- Proficiency with travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle last-minute changes and problem-solve under pressure.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Certification from IATA, ASTA, or other travel industry organizations is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
