Job Title:Executive - Insurance

**Job Overview**

The Executive - Insurance will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operational activities within the insurance division of the company. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in insurance operations and the ability to collaborate with various Branch, Sub Broker & Insurance Companies to ensure seamless processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Policy Administration
- Manage the end-to-end process of policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of policy documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to streamline policy processing.
- To make quotation of Life Insurance & General Insurance for Customers of different Companies.

2.Claims Processing
- Oversee the claims processing function, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of claims.
- Collaborate with claims adjusters and assessors to expedite the claims resolution process.
- Implement and monitor claims handling procedures to minimize errors and enhance efficiency.

3. Compliance and Risk Management
- Keep up with industry rules and make sure insurance laws and regulations are followed.
- Regularly evaluate and reduce operational risks by conducting audits.
- Standard operating procedures should be implemented and updated in accordance with regulatory changes.

4. Team Management
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team productivity.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.

5. Customer Service
- Collaborate with the other Company Branches, Sub Broker, Insurance Companies & even Hospitals to address customer queries and concerns.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.

6. Reports and Documentation
- Accurately maintain client records and documentation.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports and updates for management on sales performance and market trends.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of Insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when required.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations would be preferable
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in insurance operations would be preferable
- Refrain from excessive phone usage during working hours to maintain focus and productivity in the office environment.
- Maintain professional decorum by minimizing personal phone usage during working hours to ensure optimal productivity and focus in the office environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
