**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Role Overview**:
As a **Telesales Executive**, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our products/services through phone interactions. Your role involves engaging with potential customers and franchise partners, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored solutions while ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products/services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and Influencer through effective communication.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate information.
- Work closely with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for improving sales performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities to drive conversions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle objections confidently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
