**Job Title: Telesales Executive (B2B Clothing)**
**Location**: Saroli, Surat
**Salary**: SAR 12,000 - SAR 14,000 per month
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our B2B clothing sales team in Saroli, Surat. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our range of clothing products to business clients over the phone. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales targets and foster long-term relationships with our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce our clothing products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Present product information, pricing, and terms to prospective clients effectively.
- Close sales deals over the phone and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our client base and increasing sales revenue.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and product improvements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the B2B clothing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; proficiency in English is desirable.
