We are searching for a synchronized Film production executives to devise and promote unfaltering adherence to all shooting schedules. The film production executive should uncover applicable deadlines and potential hindrances, coordinate the appearance and positioning of cast members, and cue the relevant film crew once shots can commence. You should also resolve conflict and safety-related concerns.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:
1. Budgeting and Cost Management:

- Manage and allocate budgets for various aspects of film production, including crew salaries, equipment, locations, and other expenses.

2. Scheduling and Planning:

- Create and maintain production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks.

3. Hiring and Supervising Crew:

- Recruit, hire, and manage the crew, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities.

4. Location Scouting and Management:

- Scout and secure filming locations, obtain permits, and manage logistics related to on-site filming.

5. Equipment and Resource Management:

- Organize and oversee the rental or purchase of necessary equipment, ensuring availability as required.

6. Coordination with Departments:

- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments to ensure a cohesive production process.

7. Problem-solving and Troubleshooting:

- Address issues or obstacles during filming, finding effective solutions to keep the production on track.

8. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

- Identify potential risks and challenges, developing strategies to mitigate them and ensure a smooth production process.

9. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and protocols, creating a secure working environment for the cast and crew.

10. Post-Production Support:

- Collaborate with post-production teams to facilitate a smooth transition from filming to editing, ensuring an efficient workflow for the final stages of the film.
