**Executive Producer - Film Production**

We are seeking an experienced **Executive Producer** to lead and oversee the production of our film projects, ensuring each production aligns with our artistic vision and production standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Development & Acquisition**: Identify and evaluate potential film projects, acquire scripts, and collaborate with writers and directors to develop original concepts that align with the company's vision.
- **Financial Management**: Secure funding for film projects, negotiate financing deals, manage budgets, and ensure financial viability throughout the production process.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts with key personnel, including directors, actors, writers, and crew members, ensuring that contractual agreements are fair, legally sound, and align with the financial parameters of the project.
- **Creative Oversight**: Provide guidance on major creative decisions, such as casting choices, script development, and overall project vision, working closely with directors and creative teams to maintain alignment with the overarching goals of the production.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute strategic plans for the production company, set long-term goals, identify market trends, and make decisions that impact the company's overall direction and success.
- **Distribution & Marketing**: Oversee distribution and marketing strategies, work with distribution partners, create promotional campaigns, and ensure that films reach their target audience effectively.
- **Industry Networking**: Build and maintain relationships within the film industry, including with investors, studios, distributors, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5-10 years in film production, with a proven track record in executive producing roles.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field.
- **Financial Acumen**: Strong understanding of budgeting, financing, and financial management in film production.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and deals with various stakeholders.
- **Creative Vision**: Ability to contribute to major creative decisions and maintain the artistic integrity of the project.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership and team management skills.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of the film industry, including current trends, distribution channels, and marketing strategies.
