**Job Title: Internal Auditor**

**Location**: Jalandhar, with travel to all branches

**Position Overview**: As an Internal Auditor, Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive audits at all our branches, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Audits**: Plan, execute, and document audits of branch operations, financial statements, and internal controls in accordance with established audit methodologies and standards.
- **Evaluate Controls**: Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and procedures at each branch to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- **Identify Risks**: Identify and evaluate risk areas and control deficiencies, providing recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
- **Report Findings**: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans, and present them to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- **Follow-Up**: Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve audit processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing Finance audit, accounting, Taxation, Reconciliation, GST, or a related field, with a proven track record of conducting audits and analyzing financial information.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences.
- **Travel**: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to all branch locations as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
