We are hiring energetic Back office Executives for our DMS operations.

Job Location : Thodupuzha

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update company databases.
- Collect and enter data as needed.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate person or department.
- Prepare and generate reports as required.
- Assist in documentation and paperwork as needed.
- Maintain documents and records according to company policies.
- Collaborate with different departments to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Provide general support to visitors, clients, and employees.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a back office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Diploma or Degree equivalent; additional qualifications in are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
