**Job Description**:
Responsibility
- Good understanding of the Retail Banking and Credit card disputes
- Familiar with Visa and master card scheme rules
- Dispute's handling Chargeback, Pre arbitration, Pre compliance
- Dispute reconciliations
- Quality audits to be performed and share feedback to the team & ensure timely corrective actions taken
- Internal MIS to be prepared and shared with clients
- Team support - Respond and provide quick resolution to internal queries
Qualification/Experience
Graduates -BCOM / BBM / BBA, MBA
3-5 years of experience with Basic Knowledge in banking process Credit card disputes and Reconciliations.
Skills and competencies
- Basic MS office knowledge
- Effective communication and coaching skills
- Teamwork
- Ability to work under pressure
- Quick learner

- Flexible to work in Australian Shift (Starts at 4:30 AM IST)
