Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Card Disputes Specialist located in Bengaluru South. The specialist will handle credit card dispute cases, including analyzing claims, reviewing transaction details, and coordinating with customers and internal teams for resolution. Responsibilities include investigating disputed transactions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely communication with stakeholders. The role requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient dispute resolution.

Qualifications

  • Experience with investigation and analysis of financial transactions and claims resolution
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively handling customer inquiries and disputes
  • Proficiency in handling documents, data input, and maintaining accurate and organized records
  • Knowledge of credit card operations and dispute resolution processes is preferred
  • Proficient skills in computer applications and relevant tools
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience working in financial services, BPO, or customer service is an advantage

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Graduate
  • 1–4 years of experience in
    fraud management, dispute resolution
    , or related operational roles in
    payments/banking
  • Strong understanding of
    payment processing systems

    card schemes
    (Mastercard preferred)
  • Good knowledge of
    fraud detection methodologies
  • Strong
    analytical skills
    with the ability to interpret complex transaction data and identify suspicious patterns
  • Excellent
    problem-solving skills
    and

    communication and interpersonal skills
