Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for commercial leasing, lease negotiations, lease administration, market research, and managing leases on a day-to-day basis.

**Qualifications**:

- Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations skills
- Lease Administration and Lease Management expertise
- Market Research capabilities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property site visits with prospective clients.
- Prepare lease agreements and manage related documentation.
- Follow up with leads to close leasing deals.
- Maintain records of site visits, client interactions, and leasing activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
