Hynes Infratech is expanding into **Corporate Leasing & Office Spaces**, offering premium commercial spaces for lease to businesses. The **Leasing Executive** will be responsible for **identifying, acquiring, and managing commercial leasing transactions**, engaging with corporate clients, and ensuring maximum occupancy of available office spaces.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Corporate Leasing & Client Acquisition**
- Identify and approach **corporate clients, startups, MNCs, and co-working operators** for leasing office spaces.
- Develop a strong pipeline of **potential tenants** and maintain client relationships.
- Conduct **market research** to understand demand trends and corporate leasing opportunities.

**Negotiation & Deal Closure**
- Conduct **site visits** with potential tenants and explain property benefits.
- Negotiate lease agreements, rent terms, and contract conditions.
- Work closely with **legal and finance teams** to finalize leasing contracts.

**Market Research & Lead Generation**
- Research the **commercial real estate market**, rental rates, and competitor pricing.
- Utilize networking, referrals, and digital marketing to generate leasing leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for commercial properties.

**Tenant Relations & Lease Management**
- Maintain **strong relationships** with existing tenants and address leasing inquiries.
- Coordinate with facility management for **maintenance and property upkeep**.
- Ensure timely **lease renewals** and **compliance with lease agreements**.

**Reporting & CRM Management**
- Track all leasing activities in **CRM tools** (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on **occupancy rates, revenue, and leasing performance**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years in **commercial leasing, real estate sales, or corporate client management**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Knowledge of **commercial leasing agreements & contracts**.
- Experience using **CRM & leasing management tools**.
- Strong understanding of **commercial property laws & market trends**.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent **negotiation & persuasion** skills.
- Strong **communication & presentation** abilities.
- Ability to **build long-term relationships with corporate clients**.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
