**Job Title: Creative Designer**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design**:Create visually stunning graphics for various platforms, including digital and print media.
Design marketing materials, such as brochures, banners, social media posts, and advertisements.
Develop and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design elements.

**Web and Multimedia Design**:Design and optimize website visuals to enhance user experience.
Create multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
Collaborate with web developers to implement and refine design elements on digital platforms.

**Brand Development**:Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.
Ensure that all design elements align with the brand strategy and convey the desired message.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.

**Stay Current with Design Trends**:Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in design.
Proactively bring new design concepts and ideas to the team to enhance creativity and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Familiarity with web design principles and experience working with web development teams.
- Strong understanding of brand development and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visuals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with video editing and animation tools.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
- Familiarity with emerging design trends and technologies.
