As a Creative Designer on the Brand Creative team at Labcorp, you’ll have the opportunity to take on a wide variety of graphic design projects, from advertisements, video, and social media to spatial branding, presentations, and other high-profile projects. Reporting a Creative Design Manager, you can showcase your passionate storytelling and your eye for detail while maintaining a blend of creative and technical production skills. You have the chance to create supporting visual and interactive designs that promote the company's vision and brand standards.

**Responsibilities/Duties**
- Perform within an existing design system/brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes.
- Contribute to the creation of new design systems with creative direction.
- Develop campaign materials for diagnostics and drug development serving multiple areas of focus (ex. Oncology, Genetics, Women’s’ Health, Neurology to name a few).
- Manage time, multi-task, and work efficiently in tight timelines.
- Work well within a fast-paced customer centric environment and with a variety of stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate with and delegate to vendors associated with project production.
- Support content creation for print and digital marketing, including omni-channel marketing experiences.

**Principal Contacts and Scope of Communications**
- This Creative Designer is will multitask a variety of design projects and work collaboratively with internal teams and senior
- or middle-level leaders on unique design asks. Many projects will consist of defined design tasks within templates or guideline restraints.

Experience Minimum Required:

- Background in Healthcare or Biopharmaceutical Industry
- Strong design portfolio with 2+ years’ experience
- Excellent visual design skills with solid understanding of digital and print production
- Familiar with Work-front or similar project management tools
- Introductory knowledge of interaction design and motion design

**Education/Qualifications/Certifications and Licenses**:

- Degree program or equivalent in art and design
- Presentation design with strong experience in MS Word and PowerPoint a plus
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Sketch is a plus

**Competencies**:

- Thorough communication and presentation skills and problem-solving aptitude
