Creative Designer (Ads & Performance Marketing)

Location: Bangalore 
Type: Full-time

We're looking for a Lead Creative Designer who can turn performance insights into visually stunning ad campaigns. You'll drive the creative direction for performance-led design across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the creative process for ad campaigns — from concept to final execution.

  • Mentor a team of designers, ensuring consistency, quality, and growth.

  • Collaborate with performance marketers to translate data into high-performing visuals.

  • Work on campaigns for global brands across multiple markets.

  • Evolve creative strategies that balance storytelling, conversion, and aesthetics.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2+ in performance-focused advertising.

  • Proven experience creating ad creatives for international brands.

  • Deep understanding of Meta and Google ad platforms.

  • Ability to guide and critique design with empathy and clarity.

  • A portfolio that shows conversion-driven creativity, not just beautiful design.
