Location: Dehradun/Noida/PAN India Role Description This is a remote role for an Instructional Designer at Way2Class. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for needs analysis, instructional design, training & development, learning management, and curriculum development. The role involves creating engaging and effective learning solutions tailored to clients' needs. Qualifications Needs Analysis and Curriculum Development skills Instructional Design and Training & Development expertise Experience in Learning Management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proficiency in educational technology and e-learning tools Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field Scope of Work: Storyboarding: Course Pages Development (upto 30% new content) - 90 Pages Script for Motion Graphics Video (upto 2 mins) - 1 Video Reading Resources (300-500 Words) Discussions - 8 Assignments - 8 Develop MCQ Assessments (Using D2L) - formative and summative - 40 Questions Ensure that all deliverables are as per design & style standards. Perform review fixes of all rounds (Internal & Client) and obtain signoff Resolve queries Attend all Internal meetings and if required client meetings Attend all feedback walkthroughs with the client teams across courses. Coordinate with stakeholders Process of Hiring: Assessment task Interview with stakeholders Final Call Benefits: A Fixed salary with incentives.
