**We are looking for customer care representative for a Feedback Process**
- Feedback Voice Process Agents are responsible for answering customer calls and resolving the issues_or providing information about the products and services they offer. Agents are often required to listen carefully to the caller and provide appropriate information and help._
- _If a caller has a complaint, the agent should listen carefully to the complaint and provide appropriate help._
- _If a caller asks for a return call, the Feedback agent must schedule a time for the return call. The agent must also schedule a return call if the caller asks for a callback within a certain time frame._
- _If the customer service agent does not have the information or authority to resolve the issue, the customer service agent must direct the caller to the appropriate customer service representative._

**-Minimum 6 months experience required**

**-Shift timings - 8 pm to 5 am**
**- Excellent communication skills required**

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
