Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing eCommerce team at DentalKart.

You’ll handle inbound & outbound sales, nurture leads, and build strong customer relationships while collaborating with our marketing & support teams to boost revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Route leads to senior sales team for closure.
- Build & maintain customer relationships.
- Focus on retention & upselling.
- Research & identify potential leads online.
- Collaborate with teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Present products with clarity & confidence.

Qualifications:

- Experience in Inside Sales (Retail/eCommerce/Digital preferred).
- Excellent communication & writing skills.
- Strong time management & organizational skills.
- Problem-solving & objection-handling abilities.
- Experience with lead gen tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms or digital sales is a bonus.

Pay: ₹10,767.50 - ₹30,000.00 per month
