- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing gemstones (e.g., quantity, type, weight, and value).
- Regularly update physical and system stock through ERP.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations.
- Track lot-wise and location-wise stock in SEZ/EOU units.
- Monitor the movement of gemstones between departments (Bagging, Production, Bagging Changing, etc.).
- Cross-check physical stones against system entries to identify mismatches (stone type, shape, or weight).
- Ensure timely and accurate system entries (GRN, issue slips, receipts, etc.).
- Update master data and ensure batch-wise traceability in ERP.
- Stone Changing and Missing Report Update in System
- Generate MIS reports and stock summaries for audits and internal review.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents and data.
- Maintain stock register and ensure zero variance during physical verification.
- Follow SEZ/EOU customs compliance for material movement and inventory handling.
- Record Inventory of Rejection Goods received from Production after Proper Grading and Measurement
- Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, SUMIFS, etc.) to analyze data and present actionable insights.
- Ensure Excel-based records are regularly backed up and aligned with ERP/system data.
