- Maintain accurate inventory records in both physical and system formats.
- Develop and manage reports using advanced Excel and Google Sheets to track inventory performance.
- Reconcile system inventory with physical stock on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders, delivery timelines, and product-related queries or issues.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure all inventory-related documents are maintained and updated regularly.
- Assist in periodic stock audits and implement corrective actions as required.
- Work closely with the procurement and operations teams to streamline inventory processes.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and support decision-making.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management or related roles.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data visualization.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
