**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Human Resources, Fashion Management, or related field.
- Prior experience in modelling, counselling, talent management, or fashion industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with discretion and empathy.
- Fluent in [languages as applicable].
- Passion for helping people reach their personal and professional potential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
