Let’s talk about Responsibilities- Administer the organization's customer community on the SalesForce platform, ensuring seamless user experience and engagement.- Oversee the general system administration of the Learning Management System (LMS) solution (currently Appinium).- Inspire and support the community of users by moderating user-generated content, creating community content, and escalating issues to the appropriate internal teams.-
- Develop in-product education tools, such as Gainsight tutorials and online help, to guide users through their learning journey.- Design, develop, author, record, edit, and implement comprehensive training content and e-learning materials, including handouts, checklists, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, videos, and audio.- Edit mp4 videos to make them customer-facing, including creating and updating narration using tools like Articulate 360 Storyline, Camtasia, and WellSaid.- Create user guides, release notes, and other learning tools to support user education.- Assist team members with internal requirements as needed and collaborate to identify process improvements and efficiency gains for customers.- Monitor and analyze community engagement metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of educational content and community initiatives.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in education services to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of customer education.
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Experience working in Instructional Designing, Education Services, Training or Customer Experience role- Experience with Salesforce Community, Appinium LMS, Gainsight (or other Digital Adoption Platform), Camtasia, Articulate 360 Storyline or other similar tools- Experience with software in a SaaS environment- Must have strong analytical skills, passion for technology and business transformation- Strong prioritization and time management skills
