We are looking for an **Infrastructure Planner (reporting to the Team Lead)** with **5+ years**of experience in Infrastructure Planning/Studies/Environment /Transport.

**Base Location**-**Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh**

**Responsibility**
- Contribution to the delivery of client projects under the Team Lead
- Conduct and analyse traffic surveys, project traffic, and cargo volumes, assess cargo handling capabilities, equipment, and infrastructure needs, and evaluate the economic and financial benefits of the port development.
- Study regional developments and infrastructure services, prepare GIS maps and SWOT analysis, and develop detailed design briefs with Master plans, focusing on realistic demand assessments for economic activities.
- Propose short-term and long-term projects, develop comprehensive financial and Business/Master plans, and ensure detailed infrastructure planning and development guidelines are followed.
- Interact with stakeholders and authorities, present detailed Land Use and Conceptual Utilization plans, assist in obtaining statutory approvals.
- Post Graduate in Master of Planning (Infrastructure / Environment / Transport)
- 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Planning and Development. Prior Experience in the Maritime Sector is preferred.
- Ability to structure, prioritize, and work through strict timelines
- Well-versed in Report writing and analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English (Compulsory). Fluency in Telugu is a plus.
- Willing to travel across the country based on project requirements.
