**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance / Accounts**:

- Enter bills in Tally and ensure accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with the CA team for timely filing and compliance.
- Tools: Tally, Zoho Books

**Operations**:

- Create and update files, manage stock updates, and coordinate orders.
- Oversee order quality assurance and monitor shipment bookings.
- Tools: Excel, Documents

**Customer Care**:

- Utilize ChatGPT for efficient and accurate customer interactions.
- Skills: Proficiency in English

(Bonus - if you have interest in any of the below)

**Marketing**:

- Create graphics, manage SEO updates, and write engaging blog posts.
- Tools: SEO tools, SMM platforms, Ads management, Canva, Google Search Console (GSC)

**Product & Tech**:

- Assist in product development and technology enhancements.
- Collaborate with the tech team to improve our measurement capture platform.

**Photography**:

- Conduct functional photography for fabrics and mannequins.
- Edit photos and create appealing visuals using Canva.
- Tools: Camera usage, Editing software, Canva

**Qualifications**:

- Quick learner & eager to take grow in career
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an eCommerce environment.
- Knowledge of Excel or Google tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Knowledge of design and interest in fashion is a plus.
