**Business Operations Associate**

**Role Summary**:
The Business Operations Associate supports smooth day-to-day operations across departments, assists with team development, manages customer relationships, and contributes to sales performance. This role bridges administrative, operational, and customer-facing functions to help optimise overall company efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Administration**
- Assist in managing and streamlining daily business operations.
- Maintain accurate company documentation and records.
- Perform data entry and ensure timely reporting and tracking of metrics.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure task alignment.

**Team Building & Training**
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Assist in developing training materials and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor team progress and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Customer Relationship Management**
- Communicate with clients, gather feedback, and assist with issue resolution.
- Maintain and update CRM systems regularly.
- Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

**Sales Support**
- Track sales performance and report KPIs to leadership.
- Assist in executing sales strategies and campaigns.
- Support the sales team with training, documentation, and client coordination.

**Meeting & Communication Management**
- Attend internal and external meetings representing operations and client concerns.
- Prepare and share meeting summaries and action items.
- Ensure follow-up on tasks discussed in meetings.

**Required Qualities**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication in English and Malayalam, and interpersonal abilities
- Leadership mindset with a proactive approach
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Tech-savvy, especially with CRM and productivity tools

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
