**Job Title: Executive - Credit Control**
**Location: Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram**
**Type of Contract: Permanent**
**The Role**:Working under the daily instruction of Credit Management Team LeaderEnsuring any set targets are achieved and investigate where not achievedMonitoring and controling incoming communications and designated mailboxesEscalating any credit control issues promptly and efficientlySupporting the development of UNIT4 the Finance Accounting system, including further development of the reporting and the efficiency of finance processes
**We're looking for someone with**:
Minimum 2 years of experience in captive BPO team handling credit control tasks, with proven experience in debt collectionExperience in direct interaction with Clients via E-mail and PhoneExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Independently handled communications with internal or external stakeholders effectivelyGood working knowledge in MS excel, Outlook and WordHighly organized with ability to work on own initiative, flexible, attention to detail, prioritize workload and meet deadlinesWillingness to work in UK Shift (12:30 PM - 09:30 PM) & join immediately.
