**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Roles & Responsibilities of Shift Controller**
- Shift Controller is responsible for the executing the following activities at the warehouse
- Daily Floor walk and scheduled corrections on findings
- Attendance plan & Manage of Workers
- Ensure Personal Hygiene of entire staff & Equipment
- Manage Prepacking quantities according to Plan Veg List
- Complaint Tracker Analysis and corrective action training to team
- Conduct Daily Huddle and train Employees
- Manage Packing Materials & Consumables to optimum
- Manage and ensure proper Final Packing
- Plan & Ensure billing on time with accuracy
- Join with DC Manager and Plan Employees Roaster
- UD Analysis and reduce SIH not billed scenario at any time
- Crate Audit responsibility related to receiving supported by IBT
- Stock Audit & Zero Variance. No Unknown reasons. Record Keeping
- All other Adhoc jobs assigned by the DC Manager

- Wastage Process
- Stock Audit & Variances
- Inventory Movements (FIFO

**Location: Trivandrum**
