Are you a dynamic individual with 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing? We are on the lookout for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our esteemed international team in Trivandrum.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Development and Activation:

Develop and cultivate contacts while actively pursuing new leads.

Maintain and manage leads identified through marketing, proactively reaching out to potential customers to comprehend their property requirements.

Prospect Engagement and Site Visits:

Collaborate with the Team Lead to meet with prospects and organize site visits.

Strive to establish strong client relationships, aiming to convert from proposal to definite status.

Client Relationship Building:

Manage and coordinate sales and marketing functions with the goal of achieving sales targets.

Product Knowledge and Communication:

Possess in-depth product knowledge, including micro details at the project level.

Effectively communicate product information to prospects.

Customer Engagement and Support:

Play a key role during various stages of customer engagement until delivery.

Provide support for query resolution.

Sales and Marketing Strategies:

Discuss, plan, develop, and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve program goals and objectives.

Offerings:

Competitive Salary: ₹25,000+ Incentives + Other Allowances (₹25,000-₹35,000).

Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 :30 PM.

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in Electrical Product Sales.

Proven experience in client relationship management.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
