**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
**Location**: Kolkata (Rajarhat)
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month
**Experience Required**: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Gather feedback and insights from customers to improve service offerings.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service or sales.
- Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work under mínimal supervision.
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,880.16 - ₹26,907.64 per month
