**Job Summary**:
Client Relationship Executive creates and nurtures long-term relationships with customers. You will resolve any issues that arises to ensure customers are satisfied with our services. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients after webinars and bring them clarity about the immigration process.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensuring that clients have full clarity of the immigration process

2. Ensuring existing clients are satisfied through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback

3. Identifying and approaching potential new individuals to engage as clients

4. Researching industry trends and providing advice to colleagues about client strategy or new sales opportunities

5. Giving presentations to clients about products or services

6. Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate

7. Ensuring that the terms of a contract are adhered to by both the company and clients

8. Understanding and helping to meet the targets and aims of the client and the company
- Experience in sales
- Any Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
- Understanding of Immigration processes and sales

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
