*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. Your main duties will include generating leads, making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, and converting leads into sales with the assistance of the senior sales team.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Follow-up Calls:*
- Engage with potential customers by making follow-up calls on inquiries from social media and property portals.

2. *Lead Conversion:*
- Convert inquiries into qualified leads by understanding customer needs and providing relevant information.

3. *Encourage Site Visits:*
- Motivate customers to visit our property location and office for detailed discussions.

4. *Sales Closure:*
- Work closely with the sales team to finalize sales and ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
