Job Title: Sales CRM
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**:
- Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, or referrals.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to maximize sales opportunities.
- Close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:
- Track and report on sales performance, including pipeline progress and target achievements.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales events to enhance knowledge and performance.
- **Market Research and Insights**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging products, and competitive landscape.
- Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and market demands.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in a sales role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of [specific industry or product, e.g., IT, FMCG, or Real Estate].
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive sales strategies.
