**Job Title**: Sales Counselor
**Department**: Sales and Marketing
**Reports To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Counselor is responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to achieve organizational goals. This role involves building strong relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets by promoting the company’s products or services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Conduct detailed product or service presentations to customers.
- Guide prospects through the sales journey, addressing questions and resolving concerns.
- Close sales by negotiating terms and securing agreements.
- **Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and product offerings.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review.

**Qualifications:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Organizational and time management abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:
