- Conduct detailed product or service presentations to customers.
- Guide prospects through the sales journey, addressing questions and resolving concerns.
- Close sales by negotiating terms and securing agreements.
- **Target Achievement**:
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
- **Market Awareness**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
