- US Shift: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST
- **Salary Range**:
- ₹20,000 - ₹32,000 per month

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Sales Assistant** to support our Sales Managers by handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, managing CRM data, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This is a client-facing and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Management & Inquiry Handling**
- Qualify potential leads and share basic service information.
- Update and follow up using Zoho CRM.
**Sales Coordination**
- Schedule meetings and calls for Sales Managers.
- Assist with sales documentation like proposals and presentations.
- Track sales activities and maintain records in the CRM.
**Client Communication**
- Provide timely responses to client queries.
- Escalate complex concerns to relevant managers.
- Address client questions related to specialized services like metaverse solutions.
**Administrative Support**
- Maintain organized records of sales communications.
- Prepare weekly reports on lead status and follow-ups.
**Shift-Based Client Support**
- Work in a UK or US shift to ensure global coverage.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with bookings or meeting scheduling.
**Team Collaboration**
- Coordinate with the Onboarding and Operations teams for client handovers.
- Support internal processes to ensure a seamless client experience.
**Qualifications & Skills**
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
**Experience**:
- 2-3 years in sales support, customer service, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred).
**Skills**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, proactive, and good with multitasking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and shift-based environment.
- Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM systems.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Prior experience working with international clients (US/UK/Canada).
- Familiarity with virtual assistant services and related solutions.
