Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and documents for meetings and presentations.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal and external contacts.
- Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Anticipate and proactively address scheduling conflicts or potential issues.
- Use technology tools and software to enhance efficiency in administrative tasks.

Preferred experience in executive administrative assistance. Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, Discretion and confidentiality Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent MS Office knowledge Preferred experience in executive administrative assistance. Bachelor's degree or MBA preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
