We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to achieve marketing objectives and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct market research and competitive analysis**: Identify market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- **Manage social media presence**: Develop and implement social media strategies across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), engage with followers, and monitor social media trends.
- **Create high-quality content**: Develop engaging and informative content for website, blog, and social media platforms, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, and video scripts.
- **Assist with the planning and execution of marketing events**: This may include trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other events.
- **Track and analyze marketing campaign performance**: Monitor key metrics (website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates, ROI), analyze data, and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
- **Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies**: Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving digital landscape.
- **Assist with other marketing-related tasks as needed.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.**:

- **Experience in a marketing role.**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**: Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
- **Proficiency in social media marketing**: Experience with managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and running social media campaigns.
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**: Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
