**Job Title**: Customer Care Executive

**Department**: Customer Service

**Reports To**: Customer Service Manager

**Summary**:
The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and upselling products and services. The Customer Care Executive will also be responsible for making welcome calls to new clients and explaining our products and services.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to our clients by answering questions, resolving issues, and upselling products and services.
- Make welcome calls to new clients and explain our products and services.
- Build relationships with clients and develop trust.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience(preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
