3) Assign job effectively to the different departments and ensure the ticket is closed within the turn around time.
4) Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
5) Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
6) Follow-up and update end users’ status and information about their complaint.
7) Get feedback/score card or suggestions from the customers
8) Providing information about the SOPs/Process of various activities to the Residents
9) Assist the Residents in Moving in/Moving out/Car and two-wheeler parking sticker issuance etc.
10) Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports/dashboard etc.
11) Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures and process.
**Salary**: From ₹240,000.00 per year
