Job Description

We are hiring IT Helpdesk Interns who are passionate about starting their career in IT support. This is a 3-month internship, and based on performance, candidates will be directly converted to full-time IT Helpdesk Executive roles. A monthly stipend will be provided during the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist employees with basic IT support via phone, email, or in person.
  • Troubleshoot entry-level hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Support installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows OS, MS Office, and internal tools.
  • Help with user account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Log all issues in the ticketing or support tracking system.
  • Assist senior IT staff in system updates, patch installations, and routine maintenance.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the IT support lead.

Requirements

  • Any degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts, and OS.
  • Knowledge of remote support tools (TeamViewer/AnyDesk) is a plus.
  • Strong willingness to learn IT support processes.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Internship Details

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Stipend: Provided based on performance and monthly evaluation
  • Full-Time Conversion: Based on overall performance, technical skills, attendance, and learning ability
  • Role After Conversion: IT Helpdesk Executive (Full-time)
