**Job Title: Cloth Sales Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding clothing items that meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice based on customer preferences and current fashion trends.
- Assist customers with trying on clothing items and provide feedback and assistance as needed.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including folding and arranging clothing displays, restocking shelves, and tidying fitting rooms.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, including fabric types, care instructions, and sizing information.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with store promotions, sales events, and marketing initiatives as needed.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in a clothing or fashion retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a POS system.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a neat and organized store appearance.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and clothing styles.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift and move merchandise as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Additional language proficiency, especially if serving a diverse customer base.
- Experience with visual merchandising and store layout design.
- Knowledge of clothing sizing and fit techniques.
- Passion for fashion and a creative eye for styling.

**Working Hours**:
Time - 10 am to 10 pm

**Salary**:
10k To 20k

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: ₹8,331.67 - ₹33,195.42 per month
