**Job Title: Sales Assistant (Showroom)**

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our showroom team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the showroom and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Assist customers in selecting products by understanding their requirements and preferences.
- Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about new arrivals, promotions, and sales events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, stocktaking, and monitoring product levels.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and safety protocols.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, trends, and suggestions for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a focus on providing solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing sales transactions and maintaining records.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/move heavy merchandise.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,376.14 - ₹33,377.15 per month
