**Responsibilities**:
Provide accurate information about Spiffers Sneakers' product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
Assist customers in selecting the right shoes based on their preferences and needs.

**Order Management**:Process and manage customer orders, including order placement, tracking, and order status updates.
Resolve order-related issues, such as order changes, cancellations, and returns.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment.

**Issue Resolution**:Address and resolve customer concerns, including product inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or management, as needed.

**Product Knowledge**:Maintain a deep understanding of Spiffers Sneakers' product range, features, and benefits.
Stay up-to-date with new product releases and product-related information.
Educate customers on product care and maintenance.

**Quality Feedback**:Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development and management teams.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and work with the company to improve customer support processes.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
