**Job Title: Sales Assistant**

**Job Summary**:
The Sales Assistant supports the sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer interaction, and sales support activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and assist them with inquiries, providing product information, and offering recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in processing customer orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up.
- **Sales Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales data.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth sales operations.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Assist in managing product returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate information flow and collaboration.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively assist customers and support sales efforts.
- Participate in product training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales support role or customer service position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to learn and grow in the role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,331.67 - ₹33,195.42 per month
