**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Interact with customers both online and offline, providing personalized fashion advice and assistance in selecting bespoke and customized clothing.
- **Sales Management**: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our bespoke and customized clothing offerings. Manage sales processes from initial consultation to final purchase.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line, including fabrics, designs, and customization options. Educate customers on the unique features and benefits of our bespoke clothing.
- **Order Processing**: Handle order placements, follow-ups, and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of customized garments. Manage customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.
- **E-commerce Platform Management**: Assist in managing our online store, updating product listings, processing online orders, and ensuring an optimal customer experience on our e-commerce platform.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends in fashion, particularly in Indian ethnic wear. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and contribute to product development.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 2 years of experience** in sales, preferably in the fashion industry, with a focus on Indian wear.
- **Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in using computers and e-commerce platforms. Knowledge of online sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
- **Passion for Fashion**: A deep passion for fashion, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of bespoke clothing and customization processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
