About the Role: We are looking for energetic, customer-focused Frontline Retail Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates should have a passion for sales, good communication skills, and a positive attitude to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will be the face of our brand — assisting customers, managing store displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the retail outlet.

  • Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in the store with product selection and queries.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or offers.
  • Maintain product displays, stock levels, and overall store cleanliness.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle billing, cash, and POS operations accurately.
  • Provide post-sale customer support and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the store manager for stock and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications–2 years of experience in retail or customer service (Freshers welcome).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and POS operations.
  • Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons if required.
