**Job Title: Montessori Assistant - Special Educator**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Assist in providing individualized education and support for students with special needs in a Montessori environment. Collaborate with educators, adapt materials, and promote inclusion to foster students' academic, social, and emotional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the implementation of Montessori curriculum and work with students individually or in small groups.
- Adapt Montessori materials for children and ensure inclusive participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and communicate to parents about progress of the child.
- Implement positive behavior interventions and document progress.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education/ freshers from any field are welcome.
- A passion for working with children with Special Needs
- Eagerness to learn Montessori Methodology and philosophy
- Willingness to commit for a minimum of 3 years.
- Strong communication, empathy, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
